Processing Time

Every set is handmade by me, so each order takes a little time to make.

• Custom sets: about 7 days to make before shipping
• Ready-to-ship sets: ship in 1–3 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Orders ship with USPS and usually arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please double-check your address at checkout. I can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address, or for packages that tracking shows as delivered.

Sizing

Each custom set is made to the sizes you give me, so please measure carefully using my sizing guide before you order. Want to be sure your set fits 100%? Order a sizing kit first so you can try on the sizes before buying your custom set. I can't remake or refund a set because of incorrect measurements. If you're not sure about your sizes, message me and I'm happy to help!

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Custom sets are made just for you, so I can't cancel an order once I've started working on it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your set arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message me within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll make it right.
